Who you are contracting with, and what the terms cover

The English-language courses are sold and taught by a different company from the Danish school. This page names it and sets out, in plain English, what the written terms must tell you before you accept anything.

Your agreement is with Kørekort til MC ApS, CVR 36 44 37 42.

The English-language driving courses are provided by Kørekort til MC ApS, CVR 36 44 37 42, Åboulevard 39, 1960 Frederiksberg. That company rents the theory rooms at the same address from Alliance Trafikskole. When you enrol on an English course, your agreement is with Kørekort til MC ApS, and the terms you accept at enrolment are the ones that apply to it. Alliance Trafikskole's own Danish trading terms cover the Danish-language school and are a separate document.

What the terms must explain

Before you accept anything, the terms you are given set out:

  • what the selected package includes
  • mandatory costs outside the package
  • what is due now and what falls due later
  • cancellation, absence and rebooking deadlines
  • changes caused by weather, safety, availability or authorities
  • the expiry or validity of purchased services
  • complaints and contact routes
  • the rules for instalments and any fees

If you want to read them before the introduction, ask us and we will send you a copy.

Before you confirm

Enrolment shows the course, the location, the start date, what the package contains and the amount due before you confirm.

Prices and instalments

The package prices on these pages are the English school's own and differ from the Danish school's. You can pay the car package in three instalments tied to your modules. The dates and amounts are shown before you accept anything. See the full price breakdown →

Cancellations and changes

You see the exact deadline and charge before you book. Motorcycle sessions can also have weather and safety rules, because a session can be unsafe to run. If we have to change a course, we do it under the terms you accepted and tell you through your registered contact route.

Questions or complaints

If you need something clarified, use the English contact form. For a complaint, tell us the date, the course, what happened and the outcome you are hoping for. Please keep identity and health documents out of the general form.

A question about the terms before you book?

Ask in English and we will clarify it for you.
