Initial discussion
A first conversation about what you actually need, so the next step matches your case.
The right route depends on your licence, the country that issued it and any decision about suspension, ban or reinstatement. If the requirement is unclear, confirm it with the relevant Danish authority first. Then we put the training and test preparation in place to get you back on the road.
The authority makes the final call on an exchange, reinstatement or test result. We focus on getting you well prepared. For guidance, call 71 52 26 59.
A valid EU or EEA licence can generally be used in Denmark for its validity period, with no mandatory exchange. Other licences follow country- and case-specific rules: some can be exchanged without a test, others need a controlling driving test.
The rules change, so go by the current official information and your municipality’s decision rather than an old country list. We are glad to help you find the right source.
The requirements depend on the specific decision. A controlling driving test consists of a theory test and a practical test. Additional courses or special training may apply in some cases.
Once the authority has confirmed the requirement, we can put the right training in place.

We give you the training and preparation to walk in ready. The authority makes the final decision on an exchange, a reinstatement or a test result, and that is the one part we cannot promise on your behalf.

Please keep your CPR number, passport and court documents out of the general contact field. When one is needed, bring it with you and give it to us in person.
The exchange and regain package costs 1.499 DKK and includes:
The authority fee (paid to the state) and any test vehicle hire are not part of the package and are paid separately. If your case also calls for driving lessons, an extra lesson costs 500 DKK and we agree the number with you before you book.
We will point you to the official guidance and help you read it. The binding decision comes from the relevant authority. Once you have it, we take it from there.
The test languages follow the authorities’ rules and can differ by test type. We will help you check the current rule for both parts before you start. See how the process works →
In most special cases it is best to get the requirement confirmed by the authority first, so you book the right training. We are happy to talk it through before you decide.
Send a short, non-sensitive description and we will tell you which training your case needs.
