Three places to learn to drive in English
Frederiksberg every Thursday at 19.30, Lyngby every Wednesday at 18.30, Hillerød once a month. That is the free introduction, where you meet an instructor, go through the price and sign up if it feels right. New courses start regularly.

What happens at the introduction
There is nothing to prepare. We go through:
- how the Danish licence process works from start to test
- what the package includes and what the mandatory extra costs are
- the payment options, including instalments
- the documents you need to arrange yourself
- a realistic timeline for your situation

What you see before you sign up
Every English course shows you the same four things.
Location and start
The address, the start date and the theory evenings.
Teaching language
Confirmation that theory and driving lessons on that course are in English.
Transmission or category
Manual or automatic for cars, or A1, A2 or A for motorcycles.
Price and payment plan
The package price, the mandatory costs outside it, and what falls due when you start, at module 3 and at module 5.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book the free introduction?
In Lyngby and Hillerød, yes – call the number listed for that location. In Frederiksberg you can simply turn up on the evening.
Can I attend theory at more than one location?
Often yes, when there is room in the other class. Ask at the introduction and we will tell you what is possible on your course. Ask about switching location →
When do the driving lessons take place?
Driving lessons are arranged with your instructor and are not tied to the theory evenings. Lessons after 17.00 on weekdays cost 50 DKK more per lesson, and weekend lessons cost 100 DKK more.
